These classes are free of charge and open only to individuals who have participated in a JFC training or one of our monthly backbending workshops in the past 12 months. This is a chance to do our daily backbend “homework” together. Backbending practice wakes up the spine and builds strength throughout the body. If practiced regularly, this technique increases the strength and flexibility of your spine, giving you access to new postures.
