84 Asanas Training with Esak Garcia ~ Boulder, CO ~ October 8-19, 2025
In this training we explore universal yoga concepts with the intention to apply them to our life and practice. We use our physical practice as a laboratory for spiritual learning. You will learn to teach and practice the hot yoga tradition of 84 asanas as taught by Bikram Choudhury and Emmy Cleaves, we will also explore meditation, mantra, Jnana yoga, philosophy and history.
This training will be led in-person by Esak Garcia. Participants who have attended the e84 Intermediate Training prior to this training will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification upon completion of all requirements. And this is one of four courses that is required to earn the 500-hour e84 Teacher Diploma.

Accommodation
All traveling participants are required to stay onsite at the Residence Inn by Marriott because we will be meditating together early in the morning. The price listed is for double occupancy. All rooms have a kitchenette.
The studio is a 550 sq ft room with 1 King bed, Sofa bed, Full kitchen, Living/sitting area, Dining area.
The bi-level suite has 2 Bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 King, Bedroom 2 (Loft): 1 King and Sofa bed), 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen, Living/sitting area, Dining area

Admission Requirements
- Students must be interested in the self-application of spiritual yoga teachings
- Students must have a strong foundation in hot yoga in order to be comfortable practicing daily for extended hours in the heat. We will be in the hot room for up to four hours per day. Students who are unprepared for this will render themselves unable to learn in these conditions.
- Students must be interested and willing to expand upon the foundation created by the 26&2 hot yoga series (Bikram yoga). However no advanced physical skills are required. Willingness to learn is more important than current physical ability.
- Students must complete a 30-day practice challenge within 60-days prior to arrival at training. That means daily practice for 30 consecutive days.
- Students must practice a minimum of 12 84 Asanas classes after they register for the training and before they arrive. This requirement can be fulfilled in-person or through classes on the e84 Virtual Studio.
Travel information
- Please arrange to arrive at the latest on October 7 (anytime). Training begins on October 8th.
- We recommend arriving a few days early in order to acclimate. Boulder, Colorado is high altitude, so it can take a few days to get used to practicing at higher elevation where there is less oxygen. We can help you arrange extra hotel nights if wanted.
- Depart on October 19th anytime after 2pm (no flights before 2pm.)

To complete your registration please submit a deposit of $300 USD now. You cannot register without making a deposit. Deposits are refundable for 30 days only (minus fees). All payments, regardless of the date you registered, become non-refundable and non-transferable on September 8, 2025.
