e84 Immersion Week ~ Boulder, CO ~ Aug 30-Sept 5, 2021
Join us in Boulder, Colorado for a 1 week immersion into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 asanas. This is a chance for hot yoga lovers to practice the e84 Intermediate class and the 84 Asanas class every day for 7 days in a row. The e84 Intermediate class is a moderately paced, accessible class that teaches the skills found in the 84 class. It moves much more slowly than the 84 class, and has no prerequisite to attend. These two classes are the heart of the e84 Teacher Training Diploma program.
There will be a morning and afternoon class each day. One of the classes will be the e84 Intermediate class and one will be the 84 “advanced class.”
There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, however we recommend it for people who are proficient in the practice of the hot 26&2 class (Bikram yoga) and want to expand their practice. You must be up for doing 2 hot classes per day for a week, and have the desire to learn more.

No accommodation is included, however there are numerous Airbnbs and hotel options in the area. Please reach out to us if you would like assistance finding a buddy to pair up with.

Participants who complete ALL 14 classes during the week will receive a $250 credit towards the e84 Training.

Travel info
- If flying, please arrive and depart from Denver International Airport (DEN)
- Arrive on or before August 29. Our first class will be in the morning on August 30.
- Depart anytime on September 6.
Registration deposit
To complete your registration, please submit a payment of $350 USD now. We will not receive your registration without a payment. Your payment reserves your place in the training. After you submit this form with your payment, you will receive a registration confirmation email with additional information. Our payment policy is as follows:
~Payments are fully refundable (minus PayPal fees) for 14 days.
~All payments become non-refundable and non-transferable on August 15, 2021, regardless of the date you registered.
~If you withdraw prior to August 15, your payment can be transferred to any future event on esakgarcia.com, but is not refundable.
~In the event that we must postpone this event due to Covid 19, and the refund deadline has passed, we will refund 50% of your payment, and transfer 50% of it to a future training or event on esakgarcia.com.
~If you complete all 14 classes in full, we will issue you a $250 credit to use towards a future e84 Training.
