e84 Immersion Week with Jasmine Nash ~ Bali ~ December 10-16, 2024
Join us in Bali, for a 1-week immersion into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 asanas. This is a chance for hot yoga lovers to practice the e84 Intermediate class every day, with a finale of the 84 class to finish. The e84 Intermediate class is a moderately paced, accessible class that teaches the skills found in the 84 class. It moves much more slowly than the 84 class, and has no prerequisite to attend. These two classes are the heart of the e84 Teacher Training Diploma program. Classes will be led by Jasmine Nash and members of the e84 Teacher Training Diploma program.
There will be a morning and afternoon class each day. In your downtime, you can enjoy optional excursions to nearby local attractions, get massages, or simply relax by the pool.
There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, however we recommend it for people who are proficient in the practice of the hot 26&2 class (Bikram yoga) and want to expand their practice. You must be up for doing 2 hot classes per day for a week, and have the desire to learn more.

Accommodation
We will be hosted at the beautiful Bali Spirit Hotel and Spa, a short walk away from our training venue. The Bali Spirit is a fully serviced hotel set in the jungle near a rushing river, complete with two swimming pools, a restaurant, ornate flower gardens, fruit trees, and traditional Balinese decor.

Your transportation costs in Bali are not included in this training as they will differ depending on your plans.

To complete your registration, please submit a deposit of $300 now. Your payment reserves your place in the training and is fully refundable for 30 days (minus fees). Regardless of the date you register, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable on November 10, which is 30 prior to the training start date. If you register after November 30 your deposit is non-refundable. When you submit this form with your payment, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with additional information.
