This is a month-long training during which you’ll learn to practice and lead the traditional hot yoga 84-asana sequence and the e84 Intermediate class. Our asana practice will be accompanied by an inquiry into non-physical yoga via an introduction to Jnana yoga and a survey of yoga history and influential yoga texts. This training is a stand-alone course that comprises a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. It is also the first step towards earning a 500-hour e84 Teacher Diploma.

Rooms are located at the beautiful D’Alijo Yoga Retreat Center, situated on three hectares of rolling hills and terraced land, complete with an olive grove. D’Alijo consists of a main house with five bedrooms, five wooden chalet style rooms with outdoor verandas, and 3 luxury cabins overlooking the garden. There is a heated swimming pool, water features, and a peaceful meditation cave on site. Two vegetarian meals per day (brunch and dinner) are prepared by our exclusive team of chefs. Our venue is remote and our daily schedule will be full, so it is not possible to stay off site or to opt out of our accommodation and food offering.

Students must complete a 30-day practice challenge within 60-days prior to attending. Students must be interested and willing to expand upon the foundation created by practicing 26&2 hot yoga. No advanced physical skills are required. Applicants should have a sincere interest in applying yoga philosophy and yogic spiritual teachings into their own life path.
Application Procedure
Once you submit this application and your deposit for training, it will be evaluated by the e84 yoga team, and you will receive a response within a few days. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will begin to receive orientation emails.

Payment
To complete your registration please submit a deposit of $500 USD now. You cannot register without making a deposit. Deposits are refundable for 30 days only (minus fees). All payments, regardless of the date you registered, become non-refundable and non-transferable on March 15, 2023. After you submit this form with your deposit, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with additional information. In the event that we must postpone this event due to Covid 19, natural disaster, or government restriction, and the refund deadline has passed, we will refund 50% of your training payment, and transfer 50% of it to a future training or event on esakgarcia.com. Your accommodation/food payment to our venue is non-refundable.
