26&2 Teacher Certification Program by e84 ~ October 22-May 11, 2023 ~ with a 3 week Immersion in Humboldt, California from January 22-February 11, 2023

This is a thorough apprenticeship-style training for a small group of future hot yoga teachers.  Our training is focused on learning how to effectively teach the 26&2 series with a set of thorough instructions that are memorized verbatim. This training is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified program directed by Esak Garcia. The training is divided into three parts:

1) one-on-one coaching for memorizing instructions over a period of three months beginning October 22, 2023.

2) A three week intensive training in Humboldt, CA, from January 22-February 11, 2023, during which each student teaches a minimum of 4 classes to the public, and as a group we study posture technique, teaching skills, voice and public speaking, anatomy and physiology, and yoga philosophy.

3) a three month practicum period from February 12-May 11, 2023 during which each student teaches 2 classes per week to the public for 24 consecutive weeks. All of our workshops, lectures, and classes will have an intimate feel. Our promise is to provide you with the training and support that you need to become a successful teacher of this powerful yoga sequence.

This training will be led in-person by Jasmine Nash and Sallie-Schullinger Krause, with 24 hours of virtual posture clinic hours with Esak Garcia.

Sallie discovered her lifelong love for yoga when she took her first Bikram method class in 1995 in the Pacific Northwest. In 1999 she went to L.A. for her first teacher certification, and from there she jumped with both feet into the life of a full-time yoga teacher and student. After returning to her roots on the East Coast in 2010, happy circumstances led her to The Studio in White River Junction, VT, where she has been teaching ever since. Sallie holds 500 hour level certifications in Original Hot Yoga, Sunjaveen Yoga Therapy, the e84 Teacher Training Diploma, and additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

Jasmine has been a yoga athlete since 2012, graduated from Bikram training in 2013, and has trained extensively with Esak Garcia since 2014. Jasmine has attended 20 Jedi Fight Club Trainings and has been a staff member at all eight e84 Trainings. She is one of five 500-hour e84 Teacher Training Diploma holders, and has taught in over 25 countries. She has fully embraced yoga as a lifestyle and passion, and is an example for teachers-to-be of where this practice can take you. Jasmine spends most of her time on the road, sharing her love for the practice.
