e84 Immersion Week with Erin, Giselle, and Jasmine ~ Hilo, Hawaii ~ January 21-27, 2024
Join us in Hilo, Hawaii, for a 1-week immersion into the e84 approach to learning the hot yoga sequence of 84 asanas. This week will be led by e84 Diploma holders Erin, Giselle, and Jasmine. This is a chance for hot yoga lovers to practice the e84 Intermediate class twice per day for 6 days, with a finale of the 84 Asanas class on day 7.
The e84 Intermediate class is a moderately paced, accessible class that teaches the skills found in the 84 class. It moves much more slowly than the 84 class, and has no prerequisite to attend. These two classes are the heart of the e84 Teacher Training Diploma program. There will be a morning and afternoon class each day. In your off-time, you are free to explore Big Island. Expect a few surprise activities.
There are no requirements to attend this Immersion Week, however we recommend it for people who are proficient in the practice of the hot 26&2 class (Bikram yoga) and want to expand their practice. You must be up for doing 2 hot classes per day for a week, and have the desire to learn more.

Accommodation
Students are responsible for finding their own accommodation for this training. There are numerous airbnbs and hotels nearby. We will assist you by pairing you with roommates, if wanted.

Travel info
- Please arrive and depart from the Hilo International Airport (ITO) in Hilo, HI
- Arrive no later than January 20. We recommend arriving a couple days early to acclimate and be ready for the first day of training
- Depart no earlier than January 28. If you depart on January 27, you will miss the final graduation activities that happen in the afternoon.

Registration payment
To complete your registration, please submit a deposit of $200 now. Your payment reserves your place in the training and is fully refundable for 30 days (minus fees). Regardless of the date you register, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable on December 21, which is 30 days prior to the training start date. If you register after December 21, your deposit is non-refundable. When you submit this form with your payment, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with additional information.
