30-Day Backbend Challenge

Welcome to the Jedi Fight Club 30-day Backbend challenge! It entails practicing a very specific backbend technique every day for 30 days in a row. 

People all over the world have learned this technique and are using it to enhance their yoga practice. We believe that backward bending is a great service to humanity. We are opening our hearts and conquering our fears. Backbends infuse a dose of love into the world. 

Many people are hungry for information and a little technique can go a long way towards making a huge impact on your postures. This challenge will teach you how to backward bend safely and, if you follow through with the whole challenge, you will take a step forward in developing greater flexibility and strength in your spine.

- Instructions on how to complete daily accountability check-ins.

We use various ways to stay accountable and track our progress during the challenge including Instagram, and daily check-in forms. To get started, please follow @jedifightclub in Instagram. If you don’t have an Instagram account, consider creating one for the sake of participating in this challenge. You can delete it after the challenge is complete. YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE SETTINGS MUST BE SET TO PUBLIC during this challenge, so we can see your page. If you don’t want to use instagram, you can still participate in the challenge, but we won’t be able to follow your progress and cheer you on as easily.


Upon registration, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to get started. The email also contains a link to an instructional video to teach you a safe and effective backbend technique.
