26&2 Continuing Education Week with Esak Garcia ~ Helsinki, Finland ~ Sept 28-Oct 3, 2025
This week is an opportunity to take daily classes and dive into a thorough review of 26&2 posture technique with Esak. We will spend approximately 3-4 hours daily immersed in workshops. You are invited to practice 1 or 2 26&2 classes per day.

Accommodation
All participants are responsible for their own housing and transportation. There are numerous hotels and airbnbs in the area. We will do our best to pair you with a roommate if you request one. There is also an inexpensive hotel above the studio which offers 15% off to this training- ask us for more details.

Schedule
Exact schedule TBD. Expect a morning and evening class, with 3-4 hours of workshops in the afternoon.

Travel info
- Please arrive and depart from Helsinki International Airport (HEL)
- Arrive no later than September 27. We recommend arriving a couple days early to acclimate and be ready for the first day of training
- Depart no earlier than October 4. If you depart on October 3, you may miss part of the week.
Registration Deposit/Payment
To complete your registration, please submit a deposit of $300 now. Your payment reserves your place in the week and is fully refundable for 30 days (minus fees). Regardless of the date you register, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable on August 28, which is 30 days prior to the start date. If you register after August 28, your deposit is non-refundable. When you submit this form with your payment, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with additional information.
