Esak has been practicing hot yoga since 1994. He is one of the most experienced teachers in the hot yoga world. Esak will lead you through the traditional 26&2 series (Bikram yoga) and the traditional 84 asana class (as taught by Bikram Choudhury and Emmy Cleaves). He will also share with you his own hot yoga innovation (e84 Intermediate) that uses the 26&2 as a foundation for an expansive practice.
