Esak Garcia is the creator of the e84 Teacher Trainings, and the Jedi Fight Club. He has been practicing Hot Yoga since 1994. This workshop will explore the first steps into developing yoga asanas found outside of the 26&2 posture sequence, along with asana techniques, practice habits, mindset, and foundational yoga concepts.
