Esak has been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga for 30+ years. This is an opportunity to feed your practice with information from one of the most experienced teachers in the hot yoga world. The e84 Intermediate Class is a 90-minute hot class that was designed by Esak to introduce new postures and skills to people that have a foundation in 26&2. It is a fun and accessible class that does not require any advanced skills.
