Esak Garcia has been practicing and teaching hot yoga since 1994. He is the founder of the e84 Teacher Training and the Jedi Fight Club. We will start with a 90-minute 26&2 practice, which is the foundation on which all hot yoga practice and philosophy is built. We will then explore the e84 Intermediate class, where we practice additional postures and skills. All are welcome, no advanced skills are required. Finally, in a lecture and discussion format, we will explore Jnana yoga to bring a greater understanding to fundamental ideas about spirituality and philosophy that are found in our physical practice. This is a weekend of physical and nonphysical yoga with one of the most experienced teachers in the hot yoga world.
