Virtual Workshops with Jasmine Nash ~ Technique & Training for Standing Head to Knee & Standing Bow ~ August 10&17, 2025
During these 90-minute workshops, we will dive into technique for Standing Head to Knee and Standing Bow. We will break down the skills required for these postures, talk about correct technique, and practice homework exercises designed to help us refine these postures. These are active workshops- expect to move around and try different techniques. Your questions are encouraged!
As a warm up to the workshops, you are invited to practice the e84 Intermediate class. The e84 class is a 90 minute class that uses the foundation of Bikram yoga to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique. No advanced skills are required.
Jasmine has been teaching for 12 years in 30+ countries. She leads trainings for e84 Yoga and Jedi Fight Club, and loves to work with both teachers-to be and yogis who want to dive into their personal practice. Jasmine competed for many years and is the 2019-21 Canadian champion. She travels most of the year for yoga trainings and events.

Attending the classes prior to the workshops is not mandatory, but is a nice way to warm up for the workshop. They are included as an “extra.” If you wish to practice the classes without the workshop, sign up for them in the e84 Virtual Studio, or use your existing pass if you are already a member.
