Esak has been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga since 1994. This is an opportunity to feed your practice with techniques and information that will help you get more from the time you spend in the hot room. Participants will have the opportunity to immediately apply the workshop information to their practice in the class following the workshop.

To complete your registration, please submit your payment of $70 now. Payments are nonrefundable, but until September 18, 2021 they are transferable to any other event on esakgarcia.com minus transaction fees. After September 18, 2021 ALL PAYMENTS are nonrefundable and non-transferable. In the event that we must postpone this event due to Covid 19, and the refund deadline has passed, we will refund 50% of your payment, and transfer 50% of it to a future training or event on esakgarcia.com.
