Virtual JFC Homework Week with Jasmine Nash ~ Nov 30-Dec 5, 2020
This Virtual Homework Week is a chance to practice homework techniques with Jasmine Nash for 90 minutes a day for 6 days in a row. In addition to backbending, this week will focus on developing the body parts for Standing Head to Knee. Taking on this posture is an excellent way to commit to working on strength, flexibility, and balance all at once! When we work on postures every day, with careful and persistent technique, it doesn’t take long before we start to see progress and development. Our intention is to empower you with techniques and then support you to practice them daily.
Many people take on Jedi training as a lifestyle and do it as part of their regular practice. JFC is guaranteed to inspire your practice and support you to move forward. All levels are welcome, although participants must be ready and willing to commit to 90 minutes of homework per day.
We recommend that, in addition to the 90 minutes of homework, you take a yoga class either before or after the homework session. We have scheduled the training week to synch up with morning classes on the e84 Virtual Studio schedule. NOTE: recordings of the homework sessions will be available to all participants in an effort to cater to students whose time zone may not work well with the training schedule.
